I follow, I don't lead
I don't come to sessions with an agenda. I come with questions. The direction we go is determined entirely by what's most alive and real for you — not a programme I'm running you through. This keeps the work genuinely yours.
Silence is part of it
Some of the most important moments in a session are the pauses. I'm comfortable with silence in a way that most conversations aren't. That space is where the real things surface — the things you didn't know you knew.
I name what I see
If I notice a pattern, a contradiction, or something you said and then retreated from — I'll name it. Gently, but directly. Patterns only lose their power once they're seen clearly.
Change is already inside you
My job isn't to give you answers. It's to ask the questions that help you access what's already there — the clarity, the knowing, the version of yourself that hasn't been buried. It's always been there.
